Return Policy:

• Wooum provides a 7-day return policy.
• Items returned must be in its original packing along with the invoice.
• Customers have to place the return request from the website.
• Customers can return products 7 days from the starting of the date of delivery of the product.
• Products must be returned unused, with their original tags and original condition.
• Kindly pack the products properly while returning to avoid any loss or damage while in transit.
• Return Policy is subject to product fulfilling all the requirements of being unused and returned within 7 days.
• Once the product is returned to us, an evaluation will be conducted and then a refund will be processed. Refund will be processed directly online for both prepaid orders and Cash On Delivery orders.

Warranty Period:
