If it is not yet delivered, means it is still in transit. Please be patient it will be delivered to you in a few days.
You can apply for a warranty by contacting us via mail, call or WhatsApp.
All the products of Wooum will have a warranty period of 6 months.
In case the product has a valid warranty period, we will repair the product. If it is unrepairable, we will replace the product.
Products having material damage and material splitting will be eligible for warranty. In case if a stitch is removed, or damage is caused by an accident or customer, a warranty will not be given.
